Specialised powders have been developed for specific applications. Hi-Free-Fat full cream milk powder can be utilised for enhanced flavour in chocolate manufacture. Cream powder with 60% fat for chocolate or ice cream manufacture with a creamier flavour. Powders can be fortified with additional iron, calcium or other minor components to meet customer requirements. The specialised powders compliment the range of regular and instantised full cream and skim milk powders.
