Tatura Milk and Bega CheeseTatura Milk and Bega Cheese have recently joined together to lead the way in the manufacture of a range of innovative, high quality dairy ingredients including butter, cheese, Milk Protein Concentrates (MPC's), milk powders, infant and nutritional formulas and bioactive ingredients.Tatura Milk and Bega Cheese have a combined turnover of over $A600mil and exports products to over 60 countries, through the efforts of 900 dedicated staff over 3 sites. Graduate OpportunitiesEach year Tatura Milk Industries offers career opportunities to University and TAFE graduates in the areas of Food Technology and Engineering.We are also seek to support study placement and work experience for students wishing to develop a career in Food Manufacturing. Apprenticeships and TraineeshipsAt Tatura Milk Industries we rely on our team of dedicated maintenance staff to keep the plant running smoothly and safely. To do this we employ a wide range of tradespeople such as electricians and fitter and turners, many who have joined the company as an apprentice. From time to time we employ people who are interested in developing specialised skills on traineeships. If Apprentice opportunities become available they will be advertised on this web site or in the Shepparton News.Casual Production EmploymentTatura Milk Industries regularly advertises for casual production workers through our website (refer to 'Current Vacancies') and in the Shepparton News. Suitable persons wishing to apply for casual production positions will need to review a copy of the Casual Production Workers position description and email or post their resume with a cover letter to the Human Resources Department.
